OVERVIEW
As Co–VP of Graphic Design at The Agency at Quinnipiac, I worked across multiple internal and client-facing projects, focusing on strengthening visual consistency and improving how our work is presented. Rather than redesigning from scratch, my role centered on refining and elevating existing assets to better reflect the agency’s current identity and capabilities.
I collaborated closely with account executives and other designers to ensure all updates aligned with both client needs and the agency’s evolving brand.
OBJECTIVES
Improve the visual presentation of the Agency’s work
Create consistent and easy-to-use design systems for social media
Strengthen branding across internal and client-facing materials
Enhance clarity and usability of key website sections
Deliver polished, professional assets for real clients
PLANNING & STRATEGY
Our team focused on making strategic updates rather than full redesigns. We identified key areas where design could improve clarity, engagement, and consistency.
Main focus areas included:
Updating the Clients page to showcase our work better
Creating scalable School of Communication templates for social media
Refining branding elements, including Instagram icons
Designing client deliverables, such as business cards for the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce
This approach ensured all work was intentional, cohesive, and aligned with both user needs and brand identity.
CLIENTS SECTION (WEBSITE UPDATE)
As Co–VP of Graphic Design, I led the update of The Agency’s Clients section to better showcase our work. We redesigned the layout into a clean, grid-based system and added client logos and visuals to improve clarity and engagement.
I also worked with account executives to rewrite all client content and background summaries, making them more clear and impactful by highlighting each client’s goals, our work, and the results.
These updates transformed the page into a more professional, easy-to-navigate, and story-driven section that better represents the Agency’s capabilities.
DELIVERABLES
Redesigned Clients page layout (visual updates + improved structure)
Created a new flyer, new letterhead, and some motion graphics
Set of School of Communication social media templates
Updated Instagram icon system for SoC
Redesigned business cards for Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce
Additional visual refinements across agency materials
CLIENTS
OUTCOME
The updates created a more cohesive and professional visual identity across both internal and external platforms. The redesigned Clients page better highlights the Agency’s work, while the social templates made it easier for teams to create consistent, on-brand content.
These improvements not only enhanced usability and visual quality but also strengthened the Agency's presentation to clients, partners, and the broader community.
